1. About Chosy Chosy ("Chosy", "we") is a mobile app that helps you pick a film each evening through a daily selection of four films, and offers an optional paid feature, Mood Search, through the Chosy Pro subscription.
2. Chosy Pro Subscription and Auto-Renewal Chosy Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks unlimited Mood Search.

• Monthly: $4.99 per month
• Annual: $29.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the price of the selected plan.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings after purchase.

1. Free Trial If a free trial is offered, it applies only to eligible new subscribers on the annual plan. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you are charged the annual price. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
2. Refunds All payments and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store. Chosy does not process payments and cannot issue refunds. For billing issues or refund requests, contact Apple Support.
3. AI-Generated Recommendations Mood Search sends the text you type to a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) to generate film suggestions. This happens only after you give consent in the app. Recommendations are generated automatically and may not always be accurate or suit your taste. Please do not enter sensitive personal information in Mood Search. See our Privacy Policy for details.
4. Content and Attribution Film data and artwork are provided by TMDB. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Streaming availability information is provided by JustWatch. All film titles, artwork and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
5. Your Account You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account). Deleting your account removes your Chosy data as described in our Privacy Policy. If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke the Apple sign-in connection.
6. Acceptable Use and Termination You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You can stop using Chosy at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chosy and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
8. Changes We may update these Terms. The latest version is always available at this page, and the "Last updated" date shows when it changed.
