Chosy ("Chosy", "we") helps you pick a film each evening. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have. Contact: [email protected]

1. Data we collect

• Account data: when you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique account identifier and, if you allow it, your name and email address (which may be an Apple private relay address). We do not receive your Apple password.
• App activity: your film choices, daily picks, watch feedback, saved films, and game results, so the app can work and improve your daily selection.
• Mood Search text: the text you type into Mood Search (Chosy Pro). See section 3.
• Subscription data: purchase and entitlement status (plan, renewal and trial status). Payments are processed by Apple; we never see your payment details.
• Device and usage data: app version, device type, operating system, language, and in-app events (for example, which screens you open), used for analytics and to fix problems.
• Diagnostics: crash reports and performance data.
• Push notification token: only if you allow notifications, so we can send you the daily reminder.

1. How we use data To provide and personalize the app, manage your subscription, send notifications you opted into, understand usage and fix bugs, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
2. AI processing (Mood Search) When you use Mood Search, the text you type is sent to Anthropic, an AI provider, to generate film suggestions. We ask for your explicit consent in the app before the first request. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your text. 3. Service providers We share data only with providers that help us run Chosy, under their own terms and privacy policies:
